Resetting MFA - 2 Factor Authentication in VC

Instructions on how to reset MFA options when logged in to Veracross

 

Why would you need to reset MFA?

 

A: There are several reasons you may want to reset your MFA status.

  • Switching from one Authenticator App to Another (switching from Google Authenticator to Microsoft Authenticator)
  • Switching from the Authenticator App to Email or vise versa

 

1. Log into your Veracross account (this can be done through any portal of the system)

2. In the upper right of the screen, click on your username or your initials (depending on the portal in which you are logged in)

     OR     

 

3. Select the option to Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

 

4. Select the option to Reset

 

5. Follow through the instructions as normal to set up MFA (click HERE for those instructions)
