What does Payments Pending mean on my Parent Portal Billing Account?
Answer:
If you see an amount in the Payments Pending column for an invoice on your Billing Account page, this means you have either:
- successfully submitted a payment but the payment has not yet fully processed
- it has fully processed and has not yet been posted to the invoice by your school.
You can expect to see this amount removed from Payments Pending and added to the Payments Received amount when the payment is posted to the invoice by the school.
