How to Access and Register for Student-Parent-Advisor Conferences (PTC)
Below are the steps needed to register for a time slot for Middle School Student-Parent-Advisor Conferences.
Note: PTC's are only open are specific times of the year. The button on the parent portal will only show at those times. An email will come from the school when it is time to register.

Log in to your Parent Portal Account HERE.

On the Homepage, you will now see a large Green button across the middle of the screen for Parent/Teacher Conference Sign Ups. Click on this button.

This will open a new tab to the Conference Sign-up Page. Locate the student in which you need to reserve a time-slot with the teacher. You will see the list of teacher(s) available below your student.

Use the Drop-down menu next to the teacher to select an available time-slot.

Once you select a time-slot, the system will automatically reserve that time for you. You do not need to click Save on this page. Once the slot is reserved, you will notice that the information now displays on the calendar to the right of the screen.
Once selected and saved, if you wish to change your meeting from In-Person to Remote, please do so at this time. The screen will save again but you will not notice a change to the schedule on the right hand side. In order to see the option for the Remote session (if you chose that option) click on the printer icon located in the right hand schedule to view a PDF of your schedule.

You will now see a link to the remote session which you will use to connect with the teacher at the assigned time slot.
