Question:

How do I enroll my invoice in AutoPay? 

 

Answer:

  1. Log in to your Parent Portal Account using the below URL:

           https://portals.veracross.com/ssa/parent

  2. 2. To the right of the screen, locate and click the GREEN button for My VCPay Account.

     

  3. Register for VCPay
  4. Select Setup Saved Payment Accounts
  5. Select Add a new Credit Card or Bank Account
  6. Enter payment account information
  7. Click Save Account
  8. Click Save and Continue
  9. Select Setup Billing AutoPay
  10. Select Account for the invoice(s) that will be enrolled in AutoPay
  11. Click Save and Continue
  12. Accept Terms & Conditions and Submit
  13. You are then directed back to the Billing Account page, where you should see AutoPay Status Enabled
    • the AutoPay icon should also appear for the invoice(s) you have enrolled in AutoPay
